This gym is an absolute disaster at the moment. It's one thing to be undergoing renovations but it's another thing to let the gym turn into a complete mess during renos.

Im not satisfied with my trainer,always telling me how to do things on my off time.Barley talks to me,if he does he makes me feel bad about myself. Thats not right my time at home is my business.i needs new trainer who cares about theyre client.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a long time and love it. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, the staff are great, management (Jesse) is great and always willing to help. It’s a great place to workout.

Steam room and showers smell strongly like mildew and I can see mold growth. No drainage I can see in showers. Left towels and clothes smelling as such. Obviously in need of maintenance and more thorough cleaning.

irresponsible staff and deceitful customers! I didn't know the woman who made the contract terminated me after a month even though I had paid for the whole year's membership. The contract termination date was 10/16 but on 10/11 I was asked by another woman at the counter for the money and I bluntly replied that I still had a few days left to pay. And again it was annoying when just a few days after I paid $50 for 4 weeks, another woman informed me that my contract had terminated and I was not allowed in the gym, they called me into the room and demanded that I pay another $106 to cancel the original termination if I wanted to continue. It was really frustrating, they turned me around like a chicken, plucking my feathers one by one. When I asked the woman at the counter why she still charged me $50 when she knew the contract had terminated, I only received an irresponsible shake of the head as if it wasn't her fault. Okay congratulations you guys lost another member like me. I hope whoever reads this stays away from this gym, those who only live for today and don't care about tomorrow.

Worst customer service and can't even provide drinking water. So if there's a water shortage pay 5 $ for a bottle of water because management is cheap and can't provide proper service during this time. And on top of it deleting my last review because I exposed them. Great job gymmvt North Hill only. The one in Calgary place has the best customer service and they are so humble

I’ve been going to this gym for about 6-8 months and I can say the atmosphere is very positive, lots of available gym equipment. They also do cool fundraisers that revolve around things like breast cancer awareness and men’s mental health. Lots of cool prizes and classes.
