I’m going to start with Great Clips in general and then move onto this specific location.

I have been going to Great Clips for many years now because I appreciate efficiency. Their online portal / app makes it super easy to see what current wait times are, and how long your estimated wait time will be so you don’t have to just show up and hope for the best. Secondly, the stylists take down notes on the kind of cut you have had, and it’s printed off the next time you arrive, so you don’t need to explain every single time on how you like it cut (if you like it the same way). Shan is an amazing stylist, she’s got attention to detail and always makes sure you leave happy. If anything is wrong she will happily fix things up so it’s exactly how you want it.

I have been following Courtney (manager of seton at this time) for 15 + years because she gives a shit I have challenged her with my many different hair styles (Farrah to Dakota). I have never left her haircuts unsatisfied! She is just so diligent at understanding my needs, every single time!!!
