I had a miscommunication with my membership which was frustrating at first, but I contacted Doug who owns the gym and he was attentive to the situation and helped me in the most professional manner I could have asked for. Definitely a company that cares about how they treat people in these situations.
GoPerformance is truly the best gym I’ve ever been part of. The team is incredibly kind, human, and supportive. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and they genuinely care about people. I felt welcomed and understood every step of the way. Thank you for creating such a great community and for treating members with so much respect and compassion. Highly recommended!
The afternoon staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The gym is also always very clean and tidy throughout the week. This is a great small community gym and I hope they won’t be leaving anytime soon.
