Today was my first time at this salon, but my second appointment with Kaylee. I followed her from her previous salon because she’s that good at what she does.

I’m from out of province, so leaving a hair stylist I had been seeing since I was 4, to find a new one was a little terrifying because she knew everything about me and my hair; what I liked, what I didn’t like, everything. Such a fun visit! Esther really listened to what I wanted and the result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend asking for her! And the matcha latte in the cafe was amazing too!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kaylee. I trust her more than anyone with my hair, and that says everything. Every single haircut she’s given me has been absolutely phenomenal she just gets it every time. Her styling is on another level too; I always leave feeling like the best version of myself.

Beyond her talent, Kaylee is such a genuinely lovely human. She makes you feel comfortable, heard, and completely taken care of the moment you sit in her chair. You can tell this isn’t just a job for her it’s a lifelong passion, and it shows in every detail of her work.
