The staff are very welcoming and helpful! I've been seeing Fatima for a year and she's the only person I trust to touch my brows, she's so lovely, precise and knows what she's doing. It's worth to drive 30 mins for her. I might be interested in using the other services that Genuvis offers in the future! The only downside is the parking, it's kind of hard to find a spot.

Came in for a Hydrafacial and brows with Fatima at Genuvis, and I honestly loved my service. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the whole experience felt relaxing and professional. Fatima took her time, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin felt so refreshed and my brows turned out perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back ?

Just came in for a second treatment for PRF and Dr. Ahmed is so amazing at taking care of her clients. Each time I have felt seen and understood. I have vasovegal syncope (faint easily) and she has an environment that is comfortable and safe to minimize that reaction. Also, she's warm, friendly and has a great sense of customer care for a great experience. The process goes quick cause she's a pro. The initial day after is a bit swollen because that's expected as part of the procedure. After the healing and everything sets into action, the results are natural and give me that sense of volume I want. Definitely worth my drive across... read full review
