Spent the day today with Carter as he cleaned the furnace at my daughter and husband's home in the morning and my son and wife's home in the afternoon. Carter was very professional and extremely organized being a one man crew. Based upon my experience today I would recommend Furnace Family and Carter to efficiently get your furnace and duct work and cold air returns cleaned.

I had Furnace Family install a new furnace and hot water tank in February and recently had them do a tune up on my air conditioner. The technicians have always been courteous and professional and did a great job cleaning up after their work. Their rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Furnace Family came to our house as a member of Atco Home Services. The technician, Brit, was very professional and helpful with any questions I had. Unfortunately our A/C requires replacement, 22 years old so it is what it is. Brit prepared the quote for replacement providing 3 options. He explained each option and what he believed to be the strengths and weaknesses of each system. He was patient and explained and answered all questions. We booked the replacement and so far we are happy with the service provided. As far as repair technician goes I'd recommend Furnace Family to others requiring HVAC assistance.

A great experience. Andrew, the Service Technician was on time and ready to work. I showed him the systems and he understood all the info I provided. He went to work and did a thorough job of inspecting and adjusting the HVAC equipment. He shared any items that could be future problems. And, recommended a thorough Condensing coil wash next year. Super experience at a reasonable price.

Very happy with the service. They did my furnace check-up in the fall then I had them come to service my A/C late spring. Servicemen they sent were very experienced in both units, arrived on time, answered any questions and made pertinent suggestions as to the proper care. Will use again for sure.

We booked an appointment for an A/C quote, and when the technician, Rodney, came out, he went absolutely above and beyond. He walked me through the entire process, explained the costs and differences between each unit, and helped determine the best location for installation. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Rodney even followed up during the install to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly with the technicians they had sent.
Installation day went smoothly and excellent. Mitchell and Stepan arrived right on schedule, explained everything clearly, and got right to work. It was a full-day install, and throughout the day they kept me updated on what was happening and how things were progressing. Once everything was completed, Mitchell and Stepan walked me through the new unit, explained how it works, and reviewed the maintenance required. The area was completely cleaned up, all garbage was removed, and my home was left exactly the way it was when they arrived.
Mitchell and Stepan were pleasant, courteous, professional, and very customer-oriented. I felt completely comfortable and safe having them in my home.
We’re extremely happy with our experience so far and would absolutely recommend Furnace Family to anyone!

Scott came by for furnace tune up. He was on time. Answered all questions. Provided great tips and suggestions.
Update: You never know the quality of workmanship until another company does servicing. Leaky union, electrical wiring mismatch, and poorly inspected thermostat. oversight/carelessness by this company. The ops manager did not call me back to discuss so they must stand by their lack of attention to detail. Buyer beware.
Called the company to discuss issues and they never called back.
