The staff at Frilly Lilly Kensington make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. Justina is so friendly and engaging! Samantha is an outstanding esthetician. She is very professional, friendly and kind. The establishment is clean, cozy and calming.
A really nice and welcoming place. My first time waxing and Rose was very kind, she took me through each step and explained what she was doing which eased my nerves. The overall environment along with the wonderful staff made what should be an uncomfortable experience much more comfortable. I highly recommend!
This place is such a hidden gem in the Kensington area. Come here several times for makeup and I'm absolutely obsessed with this it. Their team always make sure everything come out perfectly & natural. Welcoming service with reasonable price. Definitely come back for their eyebrow treatment next time.
