Queenie is the best! She is so patient, professional, and her attention to detail is unmatched for my experiences at any beauty salon/ esthetician place in Calgary. I would highly recommend her because it'll be worth it. I've been going to Frilly Lilly for years now but Queenie's service tops it all!
Amazing, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff! The Kingsland location is the best! I've seen Gen and Rae-Anna here and both were absolutely great! 10/10 reccomend and will be back!
This is a great place. I have been going here for many years and should have written a review a long time ago! Everyone is lovely...professional, friendly and always makes you comfortable. I'd like to also specifically mention the sweet Rae-Anna who is absolutely amazing. Even though bikini waxes aren't the most comfortable, Rae-Anna puts you at ease. I always enjoy my conversations with her and she always makes me laugh. She's the best. Great job, ladies and a special thank you to Rae-Anna.
