What can I say? I’ve been a client of Frank’s Tire for some time now and, at the risk of sounding a bit over the top, I have to say they are the best, most thorough and fair auto repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. Chris and Jamie are both highly skilled, on top of being true gentlemen. They always go the extra mile to see I head home a happy and contented customer. And Nikita, the Lady of the Manor is about the best ambassador any company could hope for. She handles the booking and the billing and is just a wonderful person to deal with. I’ve been coming to this tire and auto shop for years now — at least 5+ visits — and every experience has been great. The team is always friendly, honest, and efficient, and I never feel pressured into unnecessary work. They explain things clearly and get the job done right.
Bonus points for the clean, comfortable waiting area, which makes it easy to relax while your vehicle is being serviced. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable shop you can trust!
Probably the most honest, trustworthy and skilled group of mechanics gathered together under one roof in Calgary. They have looked after my wife’s car, my car and now my son’s truck, the newest of which is 20yrs old, the oldest being 30yts old. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust my vehicles to anyone else. I go for the skilled, honest labor force, I return to see Nikita.
