I've worked with Fumi for many years on a number of different sites, both residential and commercial. He is incredibly prompt, thorough, and committed to finding a solution for any problem. He'll be my go-to locksmith until he retires (which will hopefully be a long time!).
FMI knows their locks! Fumi re-keyed my locks and even caught a critical issue - previous work hadn’t removed the keyed-alike feature, meaning old keys could still access my property! I’m grateful Fumi identified the problem and made everything secure again. Highly recommend!
I have been dealing with FMI for years, actually, I should say FMI has been dealing with me for years lol . Fumi and Monica provide spectacular service, often times working late to take care of our needs when they arise. If it is something that they can’t help with, they will point you in the direction of someone who can. They provide spectacular value as well. Worth every nickel ( rip penny)
