I use this store over 15 years, professional service
I purchased my own hardware, but when I removed the old deadbolts and locks, I realized I needed a pro to come out to re-drill and chisel. The office was responsive and called back to schedule a same-day appt. The technician, Carlos, worked quickly despite the challenges that my old doors presented. I planned to do the installation myself and Carlos offered to show me how. Cost was a factor for me, but I thought their pricing was fair. In the end, I asked Carlos to stay and do the install and I really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to complete the job for me. I would definitely use them again.
