I was locked out of my safe due to a problem with the dial. The warranty department f my provider actually recommended banging on the door with a hammer!
Not wanting to damage my safe I called Calgary Lock and Safe and Gary came out to have a look at it. He managed to work his magic and got the dial to cooperate. It was slightly defective and an easy fix. Gary not only saved me a huge headache and expense, he made me feel at ease knowing I didn’t have to worry about the contents being at risk. Gary is one of the most professional people I have ever met in any industry. Polite, professional and friendly. Of you ever have any issues with your security needs do make sure you call Calgary Lock and Safe and ask for Gary. He’s knows his stuff!
Thanks for your help!
