I got 5 pairs of pants altered; waist band taken in and hemming. I am extremely particular with the way my clothes fit. I had very specific requests. After returning home and opening the package, i couldn't see any alterations. Thats how clean the seams were! I'm still shocked at the craftsmanship. THANK YOU. I wish i knew the name of the person who worked on my clothes.

I brought my Canada Goose parka to Fisherman location on 17the avenue, one of their authorized dry cleaners, expecting professional service and care. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but.
After the first cleaning, the jacket came back with visible dirt still on it, including a piece of gum still stuck in the same spot. No apology was offered, but they did try a second cleaning. There is noticeable improvement after 2nd time, However, some visible marks remain, and I was informed that not much more could be done—it is what it is.
