My daughter has taken much longer at getting her braces complete - her fault for not wearing them full time. we are all paid off with family braces. Because she has not kept up with her plan, she is waiting on new Invisaligns... for 6 months now. We had 2 months of conversations with staff that they were sent out. We were fighting with the post office to figure out where they were sent to. After 3 months, we were told they were not sent. Without seeing my daughter, family braces decided they wanted to permanently extract her front teeth. I said no, please just send the Invisaligns. It's been weeks now with zero response back from family braces. Valuable time has been wasted while she is only wearing just a spaces for the last 6 months. Family braces, I would LOVE to hear back from you! 🤷 I'm unsure if family braces is under new management, or if this has to do with the fact that we are already paid off, but since then, any interactions with them have been very negative.
