I have loved the simplicity of getting my children's orthodontics at Impact Orthodontics. We primarily access the Britannia location but started at The Mindipore location and absolutely love how I can book at either location if it's what meets the needs of my schedule. I also really love the simplicity of being able to text during off hours when let's say, a bracket has fallen off, and I know that I won't necessarily remember the following morning that I need to call Impact Orthodontics. I had a great experience at Impact Orthodontics. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff provided excellent service from the moment I arrived. Patricia explained the treatment process very clearly and made sure I understood all the financing options available. She was very patient, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this clinic.
