I had not been before and have only had a few facials in the past. I requested only vegan products and they were happy to accommodate me. I chose the hyperpigmentation facial, it was so relaxing, everything was explained beforehand, and Shyla was great. Will definitely be back.
Finally got my first facial ever, and it was the best form of year-end self-care! Also loved the hand and head massages between the masks. Looking forward to getting my next one with Whitney again, hopefully later this year :)
I had the most amazing facial with Whitney! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. The spa itself was peaceful, spotless, and so relaxing — the perfect environment to unwind.
