Jen is awesome! I’ve been seeing her while working through a knee injury, and she’s helped so much with my sore muscles and overall mobility. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. She’s especially great with lower‑body muscle work, if your lower body needs real relief, she’s the one you want. Couldn’t recommend her more!
