ERM just completed installing a new hot water tank for us. They responded quickly, communicated prices and timing. Workers were clean efficient and personable. I will be having them do any future work. It's so refreshing to have a competent, honest contractor that a person can rely on. Excellent job!!

I chose ERM because of their great reviews ,and the service I experienced was alligned with the five star rating. I hired them for two jobs: removal of a garburator/installation of two new drains, and the installation of a 75gallon hot water tank. They were on time for both visits, professional, took care and attention in my home, and answered all questions I had. They explained the completed work at the end and everything looked very clean and installed properly, all for the agreed price.ERM is my only plumbing service provider from now on, and I plan on utilizing more of their services in the future.Highly recommended.Services: Water tank installation

Very good, very professional and fast service. I called them on a Saturday and they were able to replace the hot water tank on the same day. They arrived on time and was able to finish the installation in less than an hour. I'm glad I picked ERM plumbing & heating.Service: Water tank installation
