From the beginning Derek estimated the roof and the rest of the home and worked endlessly with myself and the insurance company to come up with a workable solution. Mario, the roofer did an absolutely amazing job, he replaced molded plywood before applying new shingles. I honestly have to say I have never seen a roofer replace plywood roof boards! So I have to commend him going above and beyond and being upfront and honest very commendable and very appreciative the work he did was amazing and it was hard work and he did it on his own so I commend him for that. The fascia also needed replacing and the gentleman that replaced that did an awesome job as well. Overall working with Derek, the estimator Mario, the roofer Colin, the project manager and Anna the production administrator; I commend them all for a fantastic job and I thank you for being an honest and upfront roofing company! And I have no problem recommending EPIC Roofing to anyone that asks. You have made my experience from beginning to end less stressful and a satisfied customer. Thank you Epic.

They communicate every step of your claim. Their people and crews are polite, professional and hard working. They check everything twice, they found issues with my project I didn't even noticed and fixed them right away. This is my second time using Epic Roofing & Exteriors.
