Complete joke of a company Read the bad reviews as soon as they have your money Jacquline will ignore you and when it comes to service there is none Tried to book in a repair and it was a joke … zero communication and when she did it was last min literally… when pointed out the excuse was it’s a busy time of year trying to squeeze in as many spots as we can … cash grab vs customer service… no excuse for poor communication … find someone else before having your time wasted with these people

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a leaking hot tub that needed repair, and Empress Hot Tubs & Swim Spas made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. They came to our Valleyridge home, picked up the hot tub, took it to their shop to fix it, and delivered it back right on time — all handled with care and professionalism.
Jacquieline, the owner, is warm, honest, and incredibly easy to deal with. She made us feel confident from the very first call that we were in good hands. No upselling, no pressure — just real, honest service and genuine support.
Then there’s Pat — the man, the legend! He is hands-down one of the best technicians we’ve ever met. Pat picked up the hot tub, diagnosed and fixed the issue with expert care, and made sure everything was perfect before it came back. His knowledge, dedication, and down-to-earth attitude were so appreciated. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work.
The delivery crew was also top-notch — efficient, careful, and respectful. Everything was handled like it mattered.

Had a great experience buying a hot tub from Jacqueline this week. Price was fair and service was great. Jacqueline connected me with a great electrician , which saved me $1200 comparing what I managed to find on my own, she organized delivery and set up, even sent a person to my house to explain me how everything works. Water is still heating up , but with hot weather I am already sitting in it with a drink in my hand and very happy with my purchase .

We’ve gone to Jacqueline for her hot tub maintenance expertise for over the last decade and recently had our first purchase experience with her. Our experience was simple, quick, and she personally came to our home to make sure our hot tub was set up properly. She gave us a crash course in chemical maintenance and we will continue to go to her for any of our hot tub needs!

I had the pleasure of doing business with Jacquline today and purchased a new tub.Jacquline is very knowledgable about the industry and shares her secrets. I felt at ease asking any questions I could come up with.We have made arrangements for delivery and hot tub school 101 which she includes in her service, will update then although my expectation is things will go fine.

I recently purchased a house with a hot tub purchased through Empress. I was put in touch with Jacqueline who was incredible. She came to my house right away and walked through chemical set up and instructions and also sent a tech out to replace one of my parts the next day.
