Dropped car off Tuesday evening for service and ball joints early on Wednesday. By 7:30 am received msg saying car was checked in.At 9:30 got a call to advise re ball joints are as suspected shot.Brakes need to be serviced.At 12:30 car was done ready to pick up.Service advisor Theresa was professional, friendly and efficient as always.

We’ve loved our 2020 Telluride. Only problem has been a rough ride since the rear shocks failed. We’re right up against the warranty KMs but Sam did a great job getting parts in quickly and installing them before a road trip for us. And they covered the alignment under the warranty too. And of course washed the car. Very happy.
