Jess was fantastic, such a stressful moment she used her magic hand to fix my phone. There a reason why I come back over and over to only have Jess to deal with my phone. She is amazing.
I was helped by Jes to replace my phone battery. She was quick and very courteous! She even cleaned my phone inside and out for no extra charge. Very much appreciate the help. Thank you!
The service was marvellous. Jes was very understanding and great at troubleshooting with me the issue and resolved with Samsung warranty directly. Jes knew what she was doing, communicated well, and gave me my phone back in new condition. I definitely recommend dr. Phone fix to everyone.
