Steve came last week to repair a furnance that stopped working overnight. He knew right away what the issue was and promptly repaired it. Did diagnostic testing and everything else was in working order. We have an old furnace that still works, he didn’t try and upsell us a new furnace or parts like Action Furnace did 2 years ago, where they try and scare you that you’ll be breathing in CO gas. DR Heat & Air are great, don’t hesitate to call them. Already recommended to family that if they need a furnace repair company to call DR Heat & Air. Prices are great as well and quality top notch.

I called yesterday morning, and Dan Sr. Was able to look at my furnace the same afternoon.
I had had a very negative experience with Action Furnace the prior day (HARD upselling while offering no information about what was wrong with my furnace) - so Dan’s approach was particularly appreciated.
He took the time to show me what he was looking for in the furnace and why - patient but not patronizing. He identified the issues, fixed them, and gave me reasonable recommendations (ie for an annual servicing given my furnace is more than 30 years old).
So - he fixed the problem, helped me understand a little more about my furnace, and the pricing was amazingly reasonable.
Excellent customer service and most fair pricing. Would highly recommend these guys to others. A family owned small business worth supporting. Shout out to Calvin for answering my millions of questions.
