They must have been in a bad mood when I went there the last because I've been here about 5 times (with no appointment) and they got visibly upset with me for not making an appointment. Definitely will never be going back here.

I took a gamble and went in. I usually drive to high river for my cuts There was a black man there ( Med) who said it would be no problem to cut my white guy hair ... I've lived in other countries where it was a bit of a challenge to cut my hair...nice quick and precise . Glad I took the risk.

I was google places to go for a cut, as I had driven by this place a few times i wanted to see what they had to offer. When I went to the webpage, It would not let me procced unless i accepted notifications from their page. (SORRY NO, you will not FORCE ME to accept anything to vew your page, what a scuzzy thing to do) Then I called, i dont know who picked up, they didnt listen to a word I said. I had to ask the same question over and over and over and over and over. they never did answer my question.
Personal I would skip. I feel you have a few better locations close by you can go to.

I love the staff and their kindness and welcoming atmosphere. However, when you book an appointment with someone and a different person comes to provide the service, it can be uncomfortable. You don’t want to be rude by refusing their service, but it can lead to an unhappy experience. I hope they allow clients to stick with whoever they feel comfortable with, especially if they have a preference for a particular service provider. It is just kind of problem that people like me has like we can’t say no or we don’t want to be rude and it hurts has from inside so please if a client book appointment with specific person leave with that person because we are comfortable with that person only and if that person is not available just let us know instead of giving service that’s amazing but we won’t be comfortable please

Cut was decent and it was easy to book an appointment but when I went to pay the first tip option that popped up was 45%. Ummm no.
