Tony was a fabulous partner while I navigated through different options and possibilities. He was extremely responsive and did everything he could to find solutions for me. Installer Janic was very hard working and even stayed well into the evening a few times to accomodate my aggressive timelines. The work was top notch and I am tickled with my new flooring.

Folks, these are your guys! Their patience and willingness to help was endless. No pressure, no rush, and a huge selection to choose from. We put down new LVP in our basement. And then, there is the all important installation. Ilker was our guy and we were soooo impressed. He and his assistant were prompt, courteous, and had an eagle eye for detail. I can't say enough about the level of service, and the quality of product we ended up with. THIS is the store you want to deal with!

We used Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring Inc. to replace our entire main floor in laminte flooring. The product began to pull apart, leaving gaps due to manufacturing defects. Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring took full responsibity for the issue, replacing the entire floor and the baseboards at their cost while pursuing compensation from the manufacturer. The new floors are without issue and look stunning! We highly recommend this company for the quality of their work as well as their integrity in pursuing costomer satisfaction!
