This would have been 5 stars except for my experience with one stylist. My usual stylist wasn't available. The one recommended seemed competent, but I found his attitude extremely arrogant and snobby. He doesn't really care about what you want, or your lifestyle. He doesn't care whether or not you will be able to style your hair at home following his work. He doesn't care about the issues you're having with hair loss, etc, but know that if you talk about this, he will push you to spend a fortune on very expensive store products that make no difference at all. He is very arrogant and seems to think his skills are over and above. You will look runway-ready when he's done with your hair, but unless you're a stylist yourself, you will likely not be able to duplicate the look at home, in fact, you will struggle with it every day. If I return to this salon, I will 100% avoid this stylist.
