Amazing service, from reception to the adjustors! Everyone has amazing customer service skills, which I have to admit is a big one for me! It seems to be so hard to find these days. All of the work they did was perfect! It was outside damage, and my car looked like it had been hand polished. They are also about a five minute walk from an Enterprise Rental car facility.
I can’t say enough great things about CSN Crowfoot Image Auto Body. After my vehicle was damaged in a rear-end collision, the entire team made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. The quality of the repair was outstanding - my car looks brand new, and the workmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive.
A special shoutout to Kimberley at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind, professional and reassuring from start to finish. She went above and beyond to keep me informed, answered all my questions and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. Her warmth and customer service made a huge difference.
