Together, they have radically improved my flexibility, pain relief, and overall health over the last 4 months. Yu Ling's massages are the best I've ever had. She is well versed in a variety of approaches and can detect the sources of muscular and skeletal problems expertly. She has had great success with me. Dr. Shepherd helped me with a recent leg break injury from this june and, years ago, treated bruising in my C5, C6 and C7 vertebrae that had me off my feet. He's been consistently professional, kind, and thorough. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes me feel comfortable asking questions.
