Don’t use your credit card, was charged $11 for the wash and $20 extra. I’m positive that I pressed stop when done. Many similar reviews claiming the same. Good look getting that $20 back.
I stopped to do a wash, when I pushed the stop button the water did stop and the screen showed $8.00 charge... fast forward .. credit card was billed $20.00 got through to answering machine twice having previously had no success, left message and contact information..to date no response, no attendant on site when going down to ry to discuss this, noting on other reviews similar has happened to others... been a customer for years.. never had an issue with overcharge before. Not impressed with more than double charge
I have been using this car wash for years however recently went in did an $8 wash and noted my credit card was charged for $20. No receipt so cannot prove however when pushing red stop button, the water stopped and the price shown was clearly $8.. WIll not use them again.. noting others have had similar experience same $20.00 charge, interesting same amount in all over charged reviews. . They need to step up and correct this.
