Mile-Wide Car Wash offers a great car washing experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the heated car wash makes it easy to clean cars even in the winter. With multiple bays and little wait time, the car wash is efficient. However, some customers have experienced difficulty obtaining receipts from the attendants. Overall, the car wash is highly recommended for its quality service and convenient features.
The carwash is fine, lots of bays and usually very little wait time. My biggest gripe is I often bring work vehicles to be cleaned here. I use the company card in the bay and then go to the carwash office to get a reciept. The office is usually locked with a sign saying "the attendant can be found in the bays". On multiple occasions, the attendant is nowhere to be found, i tried calling and had no luck. It would be nice. It would be nice if there was an easier way to get receipts.
I have been to this car wash multiple times and the service is always great and the staff are friendly. I am able to spend as much time washing my car with the many featured options and they are always willing to exchange credit or cash for coins if you go inside. They can be busy at times, but that only means they are a good car wash. Will be going back for every wash my car needs!!
I used coins instead of credit or debit card. The coin machine which I used was working fine. I chose high pressure water and toonie for coin machine so was able to wash for 2 minutes. Many bays are there, so everything done so quickly.
