Yesterday, Jan 6, I picked up my car after the new gas pump was installed at 5:00 PM. And this is what I saw when I arrived at my garage. P.S. I'd like to clarify the situation. It turns out I picked up a car that hadn't been repaired. I'm withdrawing my complaint.

I was looking for a newer used suv for over a month. I found one on Country Hills Volkswagen's website, texted if the vehicle was still available and lucky me Mario Montero answered the text. Within 30 minutes, the car was pulled and rinsed off to better inspect the body. So far so good. Mario listened to my must haves and would like haves and my price point. He jumped through hoops to answer my questions after the test drive. Probably my best experience buying a car ever. Thanks Mario

I walked into Country Hills Volkswagen nervous about deciding over my next vehicle as it was time to replace my 12-year-old one. Manik was professional and friendly. He asked the right questions to assess what I needed. When I finally decided on a particular model he took the time to walk me through the features before I took it out to test drive. He was genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. The financing process was also stress-free and Manou was transparent with everything so there were not any last-minute surprises of the sort. I appreciated how efficient and organized everything was, until the very last minute when I drove away with my new 2026 Taos! I got the 5-year prepaid maintenance plan, and I’m looking forward to those maintenance schedules as this dealership certainly gave a very good first impression that I hope will consistently be maintained throughout.
