My experience at Country Hills Toyota was mixed, and I want to be very clear about both the positives and the negatives.
I initially moved over to the service department, which has been consistently great. The line moves quickly, the staff are friendly, and they genuinely go above and beyond — a big contrast to the other NW dealership where my older Highlander was originally purchased.
When it came time to consider upgrading my vehicle, I worked with Hanif, who was excellent throughout the process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient, and had me driving a new 2026 Grand Highlander within a week, which was pretty impressive!... read full review

We just purchased our second vehicle from Country Hills Toyota, and the experience was every bit as exceptional as the first. It’s clear this dealership values long-term relationships, because the level of service we received once again went above and beyond.
David Siervo, our sales representative, was outstanding. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping customers find the right fit. He remembered us from our previous purchase and made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and pressure-free. Working with him feels more like dealing with a trusted advisor/friend than a salesperson.
I was in a tricky situation over the holidays and only had New Years Day to make a decision to have a vehicle in time to get back up North. Logan and his team helped to walk me through purchasing a used vehicle and tried to get me a deal. Some things didn't go as planned with the quick turnover, but Logan worked hard to communicate and ease my nerves . He went above and beyond to get things cleaned up and serviced and was by my side for the whole process. I would definitely go back to this dealership when I am ready for my next vehicle.
