We contracted with Comfort Keeepers to begin supporting my parents on January 1st, 2025. Over the next 6 months they provided exemplary, compassionate and professional care, always striving to be consistent with same individuals covering the regular shifts. During the 3 weeks prior to mom moving in to long term care they supported her 24/7.
Compassionate care was not limited to the home care aids but extended to each and every interaction with the administrative staff as well.

We reached out to have a companion set up so our mother could make it to her son‘s funeral. It was a wonderful experience. The lady that they sent was so professional on time so kind with our mother and we would definitely reach out to comfort keepers in the future for the service if we need to have her go to an event again.
Thank you, comfort keepers and to our companion Sandra, who did such a wonderful job and making Our mother, comfortable and safe and she was able to attend her son‘s funeral. We also had peace of mind that she was safe getting to and from the funeral home by handy bus with a companion, and then also looked after while she attended the funeral.

I can't recommend Comfort Keepers enough! They took care of my grandma at my wedding, and it was a huge weight off my mind. Tracy was absolutely wonderful - gentle, kind, and professional. She made sure my grandma felt comfortable and included the whole day, which was a huge relief for me. The whole experience was stress-free thanks to Tracy's expert care.
