My interactions with the front-line contact, installation, and repair persons were professional and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, our new heat pump leaked within hours of installation, but Climate Control dealt immediately with the extra work to repair the heat pump, restore our property, and deal with the warranty. And they did not increase their original (and reasonable) quote for installation. We are happy customers!Service: Heating system installation
