I can not express enough sincere gratitude for the support and professionalism I received during a devastating loss. Lisa was fantastic in being supportive and helping us during the whole process. If anyone needs someone amazing, kind and sympathetic I can highly recommend Lisa.
Nobody wants to have to deal with death but let me tell you, this place was above and beyond amazing. The staff are the sweetest people and even know how to sprinkle some humour in especially when they read their client. It was lighthearted and easy to be there. Out of everything we have dealt with so far from this death, the funeral home was the easiest part. They filled all our necklaces and trinkets with the ashes and offered to fill any more we choose to get later on. They are amazing people and I can't thank you all enough for what you've done for my sister and myself. If I could I would rate this place 10 stars. I truly cannot express how grateful we are for the care we received from Choice Memorial during such a difficult time. They were not only professional, but also incredibly compassionate.
Losing my father has been one of the hardest experiences for us, especially as it was our first time dealing with a death in the family.
