My daughter's glasses got broke during a basketball tournament in Calgary (we are from Med Hat). I called 7 places in Calgary and tried all the places in Chinook Mall to see if they could fix them. Not one place even tried to or offered any kind of help. Chinook Optical took my daughter's lenses and shaved them down to fit into new frames (since they didn't carry her frame type). They had new frame to fit her, got her old lenses to fit, gave her a new case and cleaning clothes all within a few minutes!!! The service was EXCEPTIONAL!!The ladies were fantastic and so kind and help! We are super grateful for their services and kindness! And we get to carry on with the basketball tournament! Thank you thank you thank you Chinook Optical!!! You are the BEST!!!!
