Two parts in my order broke during installation. I emailed them and Jero replied to me within 44min and shipped me replacement parts the next day.

I had windows repair done by Chinook Glass & Screen. The whole service experience from scheduling to repair was as professional as should be. The repair man Dave Whiton evaluated the existing condition of the window mechanism, fixed what needed repair, and cleaned everything. In a world of automated machine encounter this was refreshing.
