What an amazing experience. I phoned to inquire about a shower seal that I was having a difficult time finding, Susan was open to receiving photos over email to confirm that it was a product they carried before I drove out there. Upon arriving I was greeted by all staff with kindness and eagerness to help and found the product I was looking for. Will only come here in the future.
when I called them I was in desperate need of a screen door and they did everything they could to get it to me as quick as possible and I'm so grateful. They went out of their way to call me back to confirm information Etc and we would highly recommend them. Matt was awesome
I live in BC and I could not find two special screws for my sliding doors I phone Chinnook glass, they said that they had some and would send them out to me that day at no charge. Now thats customer service at its best. A special thanks to Ralph.
