I ordered a specific flower arrangement because they are my daughter’s favourite. They sent a completely different flowers without notice. I contacted them repeatedly and they offered a discount on my next order. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

I placed an order for a bereavement floral arrangement to be delivered the following day. Living in Florida I knew nothing about Chinook Florist and regret I did not read the YELP reviews prior to placing the order. I ordered "Pink Perfection" which contained pink and white carnations and assorted greenery. What was sent was yellow and pink mums, looking nothing like what I wanted. I had added on a generous tip, anticipating the order delivered would be what was represented in the photo. They quickly charged my VISA card, and communication came to a halt. left flowers outside at 8 pm after being told she would be at work and delivery has to be before 3 pm. a dog ate them - they said that's too bad !
