I have been a customer at Chatters for several years, both Downtown, and at Shawnessy. I usually book with my favorite, Tanya. Today that didn't fit in with my schedule, so Liberty cut my hair. She did an excellent job...I have never been disappointed with the care and attention from all of the staff here. Both hairdressers always ask if the results are what I want, and make sure to fix anything I'm not happy with. Their prices are very reasonable. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks everybody!
I had partial highlights done by Khersila, and I’m so happy with how they turned out. My hair had a fair bit of damage (my own doing), and she gave me thoughtful, practical recommendations for caring for it.
She also suggested products to help repair the damage and minimize further breakage.
Khersila is extremely knowledgeable and very conscientious in her work—she applied the highlights carefully and intentionally, always mindful of protecting my hair. Her thoughtful approach and friendly demeanor put me at ease, and I’ll definitely be going back to see her. I highly recommend booking with her.

I’ve been going to Chatters Hair Salon in Shawnessy for just over a year now, and I always see Khersila. From the very first appointment, I immediately connected with her kind, vibrant energy. She is incredibly attentive and approaches every haircut with such precision and care.
I have never once left her chair without feeling more confident and truly loving my hair. She listens, understands exactly what you want, and consistently delivers beautiful results.
I cannot recommend Khersila enough. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and is amazing at what she does, she is it. Highly recommend!
