I didn't have an appointment but they took me in making me feel good to be there. Ava listened to what I wanted before, and continued during the procedure. She was amazing! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Jiro is a godsend!
He not only fixed my badly toned hair but brought it back to life! He did his best to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I 100% did. He was a very attentive, gentle, masterful craftsman and respectful in his approach. I felt very safe, heard, and supported throughout the entire process.
He clearly communicated every essential step and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. This alone sets him apart as exceptionally great at his craft. Went for some highlights and a cut with Marcus!! He is amazing. Best cut/colour I’ve had in a long time. He is very knowledgeable and talented. He listens and makes suggestions and comes up with a game plan. Highly recommended
