I come often to get my massage and both the massage therapists and the front desk staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The location is welcoming and clean. Highly recommend.
I had my first session with Nicole Joe and was extremely impressed. She showed an excellent understanding of my injuries and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. Nicole has a very calm and reassuring bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. I left the appointment feeling confident in the treatment plan and grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate physiotherapist. Highly recommend.
I came to see Andrea Longman for persistent right shoulder pain that had been bothering me for a long time the pain come and go for years. About three months ago, I twisted my shoulder，but I kept putting off seeing a doctor or physiotherapist. Recently, the pain became much worse — I could no longer sleep on my right side, and even slight pressure on my right arm would cause pain at night.
Andrea was extremely professional and thorough during the assessment. After evaluating my shoulder, she asked me what kind of result I hoped to achieve from treatment. I told her honestly that I just wanted to be able to at least sleep on my right side without pain again.
