Centre Street Veterinary Clinic is an exceptional veterinary practice that provides compassionate and knowledgeable care for animals. The staff is very caring and kind, making pets feel comfortable during visits. Dr. Giddha and the team are praised for their patience and support, especially with a diabetic cat, teaching owners how to administer injections and monitor blood sugar levels. The clinic is recognized for its empathetic approach during difficult times, such as when a pet must be put to sleep. They take the time to ensure pet owners understand medical procedures and offer good advice regarding vaccinations.
Clients can book appointments quickly, though it is advised to schedule in advance, as walk-ins are not accepted. The doctor is on time and nice to the pets, and clients have been with the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Masha Moeini and the attending staff have been amazing, making cats comfortable during check-ups and vaccinations. They are upfront about costs, providing estimates before treatments, and the breakdown of costs is seen as fair and affordable for check-ups, vaccines, and medications. The clinic also addresses first-time pet owner questions, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
Janine that works here is a pleasure to deal with. She knows her job and is very friendly and professional. She is wonderful with pets and knows them by name. She and Dr. Gidda make a wonderful team.
I just wish Dr. Gidda still owned the clinic.
Emergency vet visit on Labour Day Saturday - could not have anticipated such excellent care & attention to my cat's issues & needs. Kind, gentle, considerate & professional staff. They took samples for lab work but made sure he was hydrated with antibiotics & vitamins so he would feel better while we wait for the results. Highly recommend.
This clinic really was extremely kind and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The staff love animals and makes you feel welcome.
