Central Bark Doggy Daycare and Grooming Spaw

My senior boy has been going to Central Bark for a few months now; they take amazing care of him - making sure he has enough water and helping him about when he stumbles. I can tell they care for him as much as I do - which is a huge comfort when I have to go into the office. The daily report cards with photos of his day always bring a smile to my face. They go the extra mile to care for the pets in their care.

I have been taking my rescue dog to Central Bark 2 days a week for several months. She absolutely loves going, gets very excited when she sees the building, and bolts through the door, lol! The staff are affectionate with her and seem to know her very well. They keep tabs on her behaviour and update me daily (a report card). Their 6,000 sf enclosed park is a dream for active, high-energy dogs. All the staff I've interacted with seem devoted to all the dogs in their care and I would highly recommend Central Bark. I am so glad I found such a caring group.

Ruby sparkles like a gem, when Amy is finished with her. Amy is very friendly and kind. She asks questions and has great suggestions. We always have a great experience at Central Bark.

Great facility and great staff! Over many years our girl Bisco and then our boy Baillie have been well-looked after. We used to live close by and one thing we miss having moved further away is not getting him there as much as we used to.

I had a great experience at Central Bark dog grooming. Page answered my call very politely, explained service and cost and that they only handle one dog at a time to reduce dog anxiety. My dog is an Aussie with lots of thick fur. Amie cut and groomed him meticulously for only $90 in 90 min and texted me for pick up when completed. I would highly recommend their services and friendly staff! 5 star dog care! Brad

Bailey is always super excited to come to Central Bark—once we hit 9 Ave, he can’t wait for me to let him out and start his fun-filled day! Kim and her staff are amazing and truly care for all the dogs. I always feel confident and at ease leaving Bailey with them, knowing he’s safe, happy, and well cared for.

I don't recommend this place. I was taking my dogs for a grooming which we didn't get. That was due to MY ERROR. I was late getting them there. However, Miranda could have cared less about rebooting.
But I did notice that there is a tiny outdoor space in a dusty parking lot under a freeway with a lot of traffic noise. And inside, they have such a large reception area, with 4 people standing around i might add, that they can't possibly have any play area inside for the dogs.
Just my observations.
I also don't think customer service is Miranda's forte. It was to be their first time at this business. It will definitely be the last.
It's also inconveniently located. And did I mention in an industrial area?

Fron't desk staff and Miranda, the groomer were friendly and attentive. Miranda explained the activities/ actions to be taken and we discussed/agreed on cut style and length. Our small dog was happy and relaxed on pickup and the obvious care and attention taken was evident; the result was excellent and exactly as promised. I won't hesitate to return in the future.

Miranda is amazing! It was everything we wanted for Roxy, she was happy and not stressed. Miranda took the time to bond with her and listened to and connected with us. Highly recommend. We are booked for the next 4 months, that's how good she is.
