Had to get a bumper/front vent replaced. Super easy and efficient at this location. I just connected them with my insurance agent and they took care of everything else. Brianna was especially attentive and answered all my questions quickly throughout the process.
Excellent service. There were a couple of delays after more damage was discovered than initially thought. An additional part was required that unfortunately arrived damaged twice. Carstar kept me fully informed the whole time to the extent that I never had any questions and never felt like I needed to make a phone call to find out more information. The work looks to be impeccable and I would definitely recommend this shop.
