The guys at the store are wonderful. Moh was fantastic and knowledgeable, and very professional.The installers I would not recommend. Arriving on time was it. Took 9 hours to install carpet in 3 rooms, a small hallway and stairs.The previous carpet had already been ripped out, and the floors were cleaned and prepped prior to the installers coming in.They didn't introduce themselves, didn't speak to us at all, with the exception of confirming what was getting carpet.Spent at least 1.5 hours on the phone with want sounded to be personal calls. We recently used Carpet Mills for new carpet in our home in Canmore. Price was great and installation was seamless. A special thank you to Peter, Mo and Rob for all the help they gave us. They were patient and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Carpet Mills if you are considering a flooring purchase.

Super helpful, amazing prices and they just care and listen. Feels like a family owned expeirence, because it is. You don't have to stand in the aisle at home depot hoping to get help, and crossing your fingers the person knows what they are talking about, these guys have decades of knowledge.
