We have been using Canyon Plumbing & Heating Ltd. for many years. Our latest issue was in floor heating not working. Amanda and Steven fixed the problem within minutes. They had the faulty part with them, so the operation went smoothly. Canyon Plumbing has very knowledgeable employees.

Shout out to the Canyon Plumbing team led by Amanda K with her excellent service and advise. We have 3 major appliances trying to end their life this week. Amanda came day 2 to re-test a failed back flow test for the city, Jordan had done for us on day one. She also noticed the furnance didn't look right either (order a plugin Co2 detector). Then the HVAC department was scheduled and Ethan came out, ? the 30 yr old beast needs to be replaced. Later that evening we went downstairs to shut the lights off, the water tanks decided since Canyon was visiting this week anyway they would spring a leak. I was moving to anew home and the house inspection revealed a small leak in the water main whcih needed attention. Jeff and his team were able to arrange for the necessary part ( whcih was quite tricky to secure ) and out came Amanda and Steve. Amanda was fully in charge, organized and methdical ! Steve is learnig from one competent woman ! They were efficient , open communicators and very thorough in their attention to the detuals needed. They cleaned up the work site and double checked that all was running like clockwork. Amanda was able to easily explain the work that was completed and the problem was remedied in short order.
