I almost never write reviews but today is warranted! I took a few older Blackberry devices here as I was having an issue with my carrier. This place is a must for all Blackberry fans! No amount of technical support or online reviews assisted me. The gentleman literally trouble shooted something quickly and somehow magically fixed it. Back in business! The previous devices I have purchased here were high quality, repairs were done great and a few service related visits have resulted in excellent satisfaction! Knowledge, pricing and service is #1 and I couldn't be happier today!
Rowena, Mizy, and Frank were truly awesome and welcoming, all other reviews are right, that I experienced when bought a brand new pixel 8 pro from them. Amazing people and very supportive..they will help you out with whatever you need..had trouble with a screen protector for flip 5 and they were so helpful to install it on the phone..thank you so much Ann and Frank :)) Had fun seeing Frank singing karaoke there too for his wife..that was so sweet to see him help while she was installing the screen protector 😀 you guys are amazing and I'll refer your store to anyone who's looking for phone support :))
