We had one damaged wooden plank and other flooring companies were telling us that we had to replace the whole floor, Ky was able to replace just the one plank and it looks good as new. I would recommend him to anyone doing flooring.
We hired Ky and his team to redo the floors in a house we recently purchased. It was a fairly complex job, involving removing carpets and flowing hardwood and LVP throughout plus refinishing Tigerwood flooring on the main to try to modernize the home (the floors were very orange but the wood is beautiful).
Tigerwood is incredibly tough and notoriously difficult to work with, but Ky managed to transform them from a dated look to super modern, in keeping with the rest of the home.

Ky did a phenomenal job making our oak hardwood floors look brand new. I’m so impressed!! He and his team were very accommodating with our schedule and communicated clearly throughout the process. Ky was great to work with. Genuinely a nice person. We’ll definitely be using him again for future work. Highly recommend!
