I picked Brilliant Best Friends for a specific reason.
Courtney and Nadia are the only ones in town that are providing real “gentle grooming”. My reactive dog is always relaxed and happy there, even though there are other dogs around him.
Brilliant Best Friends is affordable, friendly and always a welcoming place!

We have a 12 year old nervous rescue dog that had been becoming increasingly anxious with nail trims, and people touching her paws in general. We were referred to try Brilliant Best Friends from our local groomer and the first appointment was a huge success. Her back paws were trimmed in the first appointment thanks to a talented, patient, and caring team of staff that stuffed our dog full of treats :) and worked to make the nail trim a positive experience. They also have dog training programs specifically for helping with our situation. We have our next appointment booked, and I am looking forward to it.
I recently brought my rescue pup, Nicholas hes nine months, in for a puppy groom at BBF. As expected, he was quite nervous, but he's definitely a friendly guy at heart. The BBF team kept me updated throughout and let me know he was feeling a little scared. Instead of pushing him, they generously offered to let him stay the day—free of charge—so he could get used to the team and other dogs.
