Mitch was prompt (important, when one has only one bathroom!) and repaired the toilet emegergency quickly. His rates are very reasonable and I strongly recommend him. I live in Bowness and also support our local businesses here, call him for all your plumbing or heating needs or repairs, he is on call 24/7.
He fixed a plumbing issue for us years ago, and still was available to talk me through a current issue over the phone. Very knowledgeable and helpful, did not try to upsell anything. Great service!
Mitch repaired our toilet. We called him for a problem that wasn't an emergency but he happened to be available, so he came to help right away without a premium for the immediate work. He worked efficiently to ensure the cost to us was as low as possible and provided a report on the spot with all additional observations.
He had our needed part on hand and therefore made the problem go away that very night. The repair was effective and our problem hasn't recurred.
